**Location:** **Canada or US** We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling/ACE Lead with project management experience to lead end-to-end integration projects, collaborate with architects, business teams and stakeholders to define integration strategies and roadmaps and lead a team of Sterling and ACE developers preferably with experience working in the Wholesale Grocery Distribution industry. **Key Responsibilities:** · Collaborate with architects, business teams, and stakeholders to define integration strategies and roadmaps. · Work with architects and tower leads to create requirement documents/code walkthrough based on older version of IBM MIM and ACE. · Lead all aspects of the design, development, and deployment of IBM Sterling & ACE-based integration solutions. · Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation. · Work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to define project requirements and success criteria. · Track and report KPIs, risks, and milestones for integration projects. · Manage project documentation, compliance, and governance requirements. · Lead and mentor a team of Sterling and ACE developers. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including S4, WTX maps, infrastructure, and security teams. · Act as the primary point of contact for senior management and business stakeholders regarding integration projects. **Required Skills:** · Experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator & File Gateway. · Experience in IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise) or IIB. · Experience in project management with successful delivery of enterprise integration projects. · Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience. · Advantageous to have experience working in the Wholesale Grocery Distribution industry. **Life at Capgemini** · Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
