IBM Sterling/ACE Lead with project management experience

**Location: Canada or US Remote**
Seeking IBM Sterling/ACE Lead with project management skills to guide integration projects, work with architects, business teams, and collaborators to plan integration strategies, and manage a team of developers in Wholesale Grocery Distribution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ We work with architects, business teams, and collaborators to define integration strategies and roadmaps.
+ We collaborate with architects and tower leads to build requirement documents/code walkthroughs based on older versions of IBM MIM and ACE.
+ We lead all aspects of the design, development, and deployment of IBM Sterling & ACE-based integration solutions!
+ We develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and prioritization, while working closely with business customers, vendors and technical teams to define project requirements and success criteria!
+ We track and report important metrics, risks, and achievements for integration projects.
+ We lead project documentation, compliance, and governance requirements.
+ We mentor and lead a team of Sterling and ACE developers.
+ We collaborate with multi-functional teams including S4, WTX maps, infrastructure, and security teams.
+ We serve as the primary contact for senior management and business collaborators on integration projects.
**Required Skills:**
+ Experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator & File Gateway.
+ Experience in IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise) or IIB or equivalent experience.
+ Experience in project management with successful delivery of enterprise integration projects.
+ Effective collaborator, communicator, and leader.
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
+ Advantageous to have experience working in the Wholesale Grocery Distribution industry.
