We’re seeking an outstanding communications professional with the right experience, expertise and enthusiasm to lead executive communications for the Senior Vice President and global leader of IBM Consulting. To be successful, you must come to work with a growth mindset, be comfortable working autonomously, and embrace collaborating with large cross-company, multi-disciplinary and global teams.

You will work closely with executive leadership to create experiences, in-person and virtual, that engage IBMers in our company strategy and help them understand how to apply to our business and clients' success. You will be responsible for providing employees with the knowledge, information, and clear calls to action needed to work effectively and deliver business results, while also building their belief in and advocacy for the IBM brand. Within this role, you will be expected to:Foster strong, collaborative relationships in order to provide communications counsel to IBM’s most senior leadersUnderstand our internal Consulting audience, the best channels to reach them, and the resources and guidance needed to help them do their jobs effectivelyDesign, create and deploy content that engages, informs and inspires IBMers to focus their efforts in support of the shared business goalsDevelop a deep understanding the Consulting business, in addition to IBM’s overall strategy and growth initiatives, to ensure all content and programs help IBMers see themselves within our strategy and how they contribute to the success of our clients and IBM overall.We offer a dynamic blend of personal flexibility and a thriving in-office environment. This role requires a minimum three days of in-office presence per week with the flexibility for remote work when aligned with the executive schedule and travel.
