    DAILY
•    Access deactivation on Suspended / AWOL / Resigned employees
•    Attends request from Ops via email pertaining to access and ID related concerns
•    Activation of access post approval from Processes (Visitor badge request, Trainers, Employee AWOL returnee and Request for additional access)
•    Submit Daily activity report to Facilities Engineer every end of shift
•    Access and ID issuances per request
•    Photo shoot for new hire per request
•    Centaur Workstation Monitoring
•    Check on CCTV back up recordings
•    CCTV review per request post approval from VP / AVP Process and VP/ AVP Facilities
•    Centaur Badge in Badge out request depends on the purpose of the request post approval from VP /AVP Process and VP / AVP Facilities
•    Random daily assignment depends on clients requirements
•    Answering incoming calls on IBMS telephone.
•    Daily Back up of Access control database in the Server
•    Minor Electro-Mechanical and Auxiliary System Works
WEEKLY
•    Testing of PA System
•    Testing Electronic Door pre-alarm and door open too long alarm
•    IBMS Supplies inventory
•    Shred damage, defective access cards and returned ID’s of separated employees
•    Visual checking on FDAS, CCTV and Centaur
•    IBMS documents filing management
       
QUARTERLY
•    Send to each Process owner Quarterly Access Review and ask approval for it.
•    Update Quarterly Access Review Tracker on shared drive
•    Send to each Process owner Quarterly access request for Vendors and Temp. Cards

BI – ANNUAL
•    Initiate Bi-Annual PIN Code renewal for Data Center users and ask approval for it to the Process
