In this role, you will: + Oversee portfolio changes to ensure alignment with business objectives. + Conduct Demand Review meetings to forecast and plan product demand. + Lead Supply Review to ensure supply chain efficiency and responsiveness. + Host the Management Business Review meeting to support visibility and strategic decision-making. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business goals. + Measure execution KPIs such as MAPE, SPA, OTIF + Training and Development: Providing training and support to crossfunctional team members on IBP processes and tools. **About You** + Experience: Experience in a similar role - IBP Manager or S&OP Lead, or equivalent experience in planning or supply chain + Soft skills: Strategic and analytic thinking / initiative and proactivity / clear storytelling with data + Education: University or Master's Degree in relevant field + Languages: Fluent Romanian and English + Other: proficient use of Excel, PowerPoint, optional Power BI, **We offer:** + An international work environment, in which you can develop your talent within a dynamic crossfunctional team + An attractive, market-oriented salary aligned with your qualifications and including social benefits above average + An individual and well-structured introduction and training when you onboard + You can create your own career path within Sanofi.
