Job DescriptionYou will have the opportunity to work on challenging ASIC development projects for MEMS consumer electronicsWithin your scope you will be responsible for Block level analog design and verification for sophisticated mixed signal ICsYou implement most challenging blocks of MEMS sensor signal and driver ICs but also drive design requirements, block level specifications and circuit documentation furtherTo improve block and chip performance you conduct lab evaluation and asses results

QualificationsPersonality: High level of enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams; reliable and analyticalWorking Style:  Enthusiastic creative team player with quality oriented, independent working style; Experience and Knowledge: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IC analog design is required; You have significant experience with state-of-the-art EDA software tools for simulation, verification and design flow; You are deep into the field of area and power optimization and modeling of analog blocks; Preferably you posses experience in CMOS processing, layout and full custom digital designLanguages: Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B1) language skillsEducation: M.Sc. / Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering / Physics or comparable qualification
