WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Action Plan Design:
+ Segment distributors and design a specific action plan for each type of RTM.
+ Establish clear strategies to maximize the execution and performance of distributors and their sales teams.
+ Define and track specific objectives for each sales route within the RTM.
+ Plan and execute training for the distributor's commercial team.
Analysis and Continuous Improvement:
+ Research and implement new systems that optimize the distributor's business model, including eCommerce and CRM solutions.
+ Manage the settlement of incentives linked to RTM routes.
+ Promote the automation of operational processes to increase efficiency in the RTM.
Support and Mentorship:
+ Provide constant support to Key Accounts (KA) during the implementation of the business model, as well as in the execution of training and corrective actions.
+ Accompany distributors on their sales routes, ensuring correct implementation of the business model and optimizing the distribution channel.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
University degree in related fields (Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent).
+ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing distribution channels or sales in the out-of-home sector.
+ Strong market analytical skills and ability to develop effective strategies.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
+ Proficiency in CRM and eCommerce tools.
