The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Azure Identify and Access Management (IAM) Operations (Ops) administrator to be part of a dynamic and high performing team integrating and transitioning a government customer to the Microsoft Azure platform. As an IAM Ops administrator you will provide technical guidance to customers and IAM engineers on the smooth running of the enterprise scale projects and solutions. The IAM Ops administrator is responsible for handling Tier 2 triage activities. This administrator will be a key member on a team delivering next generation IAM services. In this role the Ops administrator will assist with defining, developing, and implementing an IAM solution that reduces risk and provides resiliency, while accelerating business initiatives. This IAM Ops administrator will be working collaboratively with Azure Entra ID, Network and Security engineers. Additionally, the Ops administrator will coordinate with the IAM engineers and vendors to evaluate and test new technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
User Account Management:
Manage user accounts and permissions within the IAM system, Entra ID and other applications.
Grant or deny access to company resources based on user roles and privileges.
Create and manage user groups within the IAM system.
Access Control and Compliance:
Interface with Line of Business (LOB) information Risk Managers to identify and resolve potential access control risk issues.
Document access management procedures for assigned platforms, databases, and applications.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to access management.
Audit IAM requests processed via ServiceNow tickets, and other tools.
Participate in audit support and access review activities for both internal and external audits.
Security Projects and Enhancements:
Participate in security-related projects related to new/enhanced technology.
Coordinate or implement security products and toolsets on supported platforms.
Collaborate with Compliance teams to define data-level masking requirements.
Continuous Process Improvement:
Identify, define, and implement process enhancements using various methodologies.
Stay informed about industry practices and emerging trends in IAM.
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred.
BA/BS + 10 years of experience; MA +7 years experience, AA + 6 years’ applicable experience, or High School +16 years of experience.
Experience in the Identity space with a background in Active Directory or similar LDAP stores.
Strong understanding of user authentication and authorization policies.
Familiarity with identity governance and access management practices.
Prior experience in providing RBAC solutions for clouds solutions (e.g. Azure).
Understanding of Microsoft Azure PIM, Access Review, Service Principles, Managed Identities and ABAC.
Experience creating technical and user documentation leveraging tools like SharePoint, email, word processing and spreadsheets.
Strong communication and written skills.
Desired:
Previous DHS or DoD experience.
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
IAM tool certification with one of the major vendors.
CompTIA A+, or Network+, or Security+.
Experience with Azure Cloud, scripting, and automation.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
