KBR is seeking an experienced Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) and Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) Senior Systems Engineer to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting the MMIII weapon system. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a highly-skilled team that integrates with the government's Test Managers in functioning as direct and matrixed Test Managers to ICBM acquisition and sustainment programs. ICBM and Minuteman III experience is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications:
+ BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Mathematics, or Physics.
+ 7 years (5 years with MS degree) of progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems/processes.
+ 2 years’ experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ ICBM experience.
+ Active Secret clearance.
+ Developmental Test and Evaluation experience.
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
+ Excellent attention to detail, including good time management and organization skills.
+ Experience creating and personally briefing professional documents, presentations, and spreadsheets with MS Office.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Basic Compensation: $94728 - $161038
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
