Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a dedicated ICC Electrical Inspector to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This position is key in supporting project development, execution, and closeout, ensuring electrical code compliance and adherence to Corporate Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform electrical inspections in line with project specifications, ensuring adherence to all applicable codes, including NFPA 70E. Review electrical plans, specifications, contract terms, and oversee compliance with design and installation standards. Work independently and collaboratively, providing updates on scope, cost, schedule, and quality for multiple projects. Attend pre-bid meetings, preconstruction conferences, and project progress meetings to ensure clarity and alignment among stakeholders. Ensure coordination of project work with construction contractors, facilities personnel, and other stakeholders. Document and communicate any construction or safety issues, collaborating with the EH&S and Construction Safety Department. Review Requests for Information (RFIs) and assist in managing design and construction modifications. Monitor contract warranty requirements and manage follow-up actions as necessary. Prepare inspection schedules, meeting minutes, change orders, and construction issue logs. Generate weekly project reports, including visual progress updates and critical path analysis.

Required Qualifications:

Active ICC Electrical Inspector certification. OSHA 30-hour training. Strong understanding of International Building Codes, NFPA 70E, and Behavior Based Safety (BBS) procedures. Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to work performance. Effective time management and prioritization skills within fast-paced project environments. U.S. Citizenship, with eligibility for DOE clearance.
