JOB PURPOSE:
The CM Associate Network Manager Reports to the CM Operations Associate Director with responsibility for strategic approach and tactical operations of collaborative manufacturing change management. Lead, develop, and roll out SC CM change management projects impacting CM strategy, approach and execution. Supports business requirements by ensuring innovations and existing products manufactured by CMs align with Unilever’s quality, cost, customer service and continuous improvement objectives. Generates significant value to the business via innovation support, speed to market, manufacturing flexibility, capital avoidance, and lower total cost of goods.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and implement collaborative manufacturing change management requirements including process, system, and reporting changes.Manage project timelines, onboarding, and readiness of third-party manufacturers to support innovation & transition requirements.Lead data collection and system item set up of new third-party manufactures and new item set up.Develop process flow diagrams and training documents covering the change management processes for CMs.Initiate development of IT capabilities to simplify and expedite innovation and product overflow, all types of production movement.Drive continuous improvement opportunities across the change management process.Develop training documents, share best practices, and lessons learned within assigned business teams.Report & monitor CM process improvement KPIs, schedule timelines, & cost savings opportunities.Support CM with safety mindset and aligned with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)Manage CM setup for multiple complex and concurrent innovations and transition activities in the CM network. Assure OTIF (on time in full) delivery. Work collaboratively on cross business teams.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

University degree – any disciplineA minimum of 5 years experience in an operations-based environmentSignificant relevant factory experience and/or strong supply management preferred (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service or Sales Planning or other relevant functional business experience in planning, finance or supply chain) with a proven track record of strategic analysis, lateral thinking, business process improvement and virtual team leadershipARE YOU EXCITED TO CRAFT THE ICE CREAM FUTURE?

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
