JOB PURPOSE

You’ll be responsible of warehouse and distribution operation of Ice cream business.

You’ll work closely with Safety, Customer Development team, Distributors, Finance, Procurement, and other functions.

Your main target is ensuring safety and quality standards of the company in every step of operation while decreasing cost and sustaining service level.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Managing fleet & other sources of direct distributionEnsuring safety and quality standardsResponsible of operational bugdet; make analysis and compare warehouses to capturing further efficiencies.Analyzing, monitoring service level and take appropriate actions for improving.Discussing & challanging business growth for needed capacity and daily activities in season.Creating new projects to decrease cost and implement new technologies.Defining capex requirements of operation

Experiences & Qualifications

Essential:

Safety obsession is needed in every step of the operation. Safety background is a plus.Operational experience in logistics is preferred.Strong stakeholder management skillsPioneering mindset to build creative operational solutions.Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills both in English and TurkishAdvanced mentoring and coaching skillsSenior Stakeholder management skillsAdvanced Project Management SkillsGood observation and auditing skillsUniversity Science and Engineering degree qualification advantageExperience in Supply Chain
