KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The associate director will be responsible for all net revenue management projects across our iconic portfolio. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of capabilities and attributes including, but not limited to:

In this role, you will take full ownership over the net revenue management function. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and vetting the viability of them with core cross functional partners, such as finance, customer strategy and planning, and brand. This function will play a large role in our long-term value creation agenda and will have high visibility with leadership. This associate director-level role will have one (1) direct report.
Major responsibilities include:
Take full ownership over the five levers of NRM:Run pricing models to provide recommendations on optimal price points across the portfolio and monitor competitive pricing activity and impactExplore new pack sizes across brands that unlock new channels or create beneficial price tiersDrive active mix management at the pack and SKU level, ensuring the right format, pack, and price exist for each occasion and shopper missionAnalyze promotions across brands and retailers to assess promotional effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization of strategyIdentify special pack opportunities that unlock incremental growth with our top customersCollaborate cross-functionally with CSP, brand, and Finance to guide NRM projects from the idea stage to the shelfProvide regular project updates in leadership forumsLEADERSHIP:

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
