JOb Purpose:

This position will support our Walmart Category team.  This role entails modular drawing, analytics, and insights support.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the team in building a best-in-class relationship with Walmart, including critical inputs that shape recommendations that deliver against the shopper’s needs, Walmart’s KPIs, and that are operationally executable.Partner in gathering the inputs to develop an omni shopper strategy recommendation. This includes deep analytical work to understand the business context, current market and shopper trends, and identifying opportunities the team can leverage to create a recommendation for Walmart.Maintain detailed category decompositions leveraging appropriate information to include Walmart store & shopper data, Syndicated store and shopper panel dataOwn regular review of Walmart’s digital ecosystem to drive improvement for Walmart across site merchandising and contentEnsure timely and clear delivery of category performance reporting, market trends, customer insights, social media trends, and actionable analytics to Walmart

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

Capacity to quickly master WM Luminate dataWorking knowledge of Numerator, Circana, or NielsenBasic understanding of Space Planning (JDA)Analytical experience

Pay: The pay range for this position is  $67,000 to $100,500. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.   

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
