About the Role

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our team. This role involves implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions, including reporting, portal configurations, and integrations. Additionally, experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) is required, as you will support contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions alongside D365.

Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client requirements, including portal configurations. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and Power BI. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Icertis-related issues. Assist in designing and developing integrations between Dynamics 365, Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), and other systems. Develop, deploy, and manage SSIS packages for data migration and integration. Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations. Work closely with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of solutions. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and Icertis updates, features, and best practices. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including portal configuration, reporting, and integration. Experience working with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) for contract lifecycle management. Strong understanding of D365 architecture, customization, and integration capabilities. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML for custom development. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365, Icertis, Portals, and SSIS. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
