Icertis Implementation & Technical Solutions Consultant (Health Insurance Industry) - Remote

** While this role has been filled, we are receiving backup resumes in the event additional consultants are required ** EWINGS is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation Consultant to assist an established yet growing and evolving health plan in an enterprise-wide implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management tool (CLM), Icertis. This is a technical, hands-on roledeeply involved in the health plan's efforts to digitize and modernize their contracts and associated processes.
Working closely with a plan Vice President, this consultant will be responsible for developing the governance of certain polices and processes supporting the new CLM tool, while sheparding the day-to-day management of the deployment. This role is designed to support the existing team of project managers, a paralegal, a development/architecture team, the vendor, and by the business team stakeholders. The ideal consultant is proactive in their communications, responsive; a true team player.
Location
100% Remote - based in the United States of America. A work location in the Central or Eastern time zones is strongly preferred.
This is a contract-based consultant role.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the day-to-day administration of the CLM implementation
+ Lead effective design sessions to capture and document client requirements
+ Implement and maintain contract lifecycle management system (CLM), including drafting contract management strategies, current state-to-future state gap analyses, roadmaps, standard configurations, workflows, processes, and policies.
+ Assist in validating the data generated by the tool
+ Assist in analyzing the data generated by Icertis to inform further development of efficient policies and processes
+ Adapt communication and executive presence to various stakeholders within the organization, including C-suite executives.
+ Participate in product testing and gathering feedback
+ Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to continually improve CLM tool
+ Support global stakeholders with plans to digitize and make available contact templates for global use
+ C ontribute to building a positive team spirit; Shares expertise with others

Experience Must Haves
+ Experience in Full life cycle implementations (Request Author Negotiate SignaturesExecute Monitor) within a healthcare provider/payer environment
+ 7+ years' experience in comprehending and translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions within a healthcare provider/payer environment
+ 7+ years' experience with one or more CLM platforms within a healthcare provider/payer environment
+ 7+ years' experience defining CLM systems strategy, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures healthcare provider/payer environment
+ 5+ years' experience with legal and/or technology solutions
+ Experience using Icertis
+ 1-2 years experience in a technical role utilizing CLM or similar tools healthcare provider/payer environment
+ Advanced experience with Excel or other data wrangling tools like Alteryx, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
+ Experience with collaborative review of health insurance payer contracts
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders

+ Experience in contract migration
+ Experience with AI processing of healthcare provider contracts
+ Project Management Certificate
+ Bachelor's degree ininformation systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields
