Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience specializing in iCertis and possessing domain expertise in Devices / SPM and Hi-Tech. The ideal candidate will contribute to our innovative projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and driving technological advancements within the company.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using iCertis to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Devices / SPM and Hi-Tech projects. Design and architect scalable and efficient systems that align with the companys technological goals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance team performance. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment. Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing tasks and deadlines effectively. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions. Optimize existing systems to improve performance scalability and reliability. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software and systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on iCertis. Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Devices / SPM and Hi-Tech industries. Exhibit proficiency in designing and developing scalable software solutions. Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time. Show experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers. Maintain a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.

Certifications Required

iCertis Certified Professional Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $135,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
