As an iCIMS Functional Consultant, you will make a broad impact by providing deep subject matter expertise in iCIMS system administration. This role will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the iCIMS talent acquisition platform. The iCIMS Functional Consultant will partner and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the iCIMS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of theiCIMS talent acquisition platform, including system setup, workflow configuration, and data migration.Act as a subject matter expert iniCIMS systems administration to configure all iCIMS workflow and integrations for various iCIMS modules (Connect, Recruit, Onboard).Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment processes.Provide guidance and best practice recommendations to stakeholders based on industry standards andiCIMS ConfigureiCIMS modules, including Recruitment Marketing, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Reporting, to meet business requirements.Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the implementation process.Develop and deliver end-user training programs and materials.Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions.Stay informed aboutiCIMS product updates and new features and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed to ensure system integration and data integrity.Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the iCIMS talent acquisition platform.Extensive experience withiCIMS configuration, including system setup, workflow configuration, and data migration.iCIMS certification required.Strong functional understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
