業務内容

環境管理装置／FOUPやLab分析装置などの安定稼働、稼働率改善エンジニア、装置ベンダーと協力し、適切な性能を保証するための日常／定期メンテナンス計画立案と実行自動化、効率化による継続的なコスト削減取り組み装置が故障した際のトラブルシューティング装置の定期校正の対応

要件（全て満たしている必要は無い）

装置テクニシャンとしての経験を5年以上有する。メンバーのモチベーションを高め、良好なチームワークを構築する能力を有する。時間管理、マルチタスク能力、高いモチベーションを持ち合わせている。口頭または文書でのコミュニケーションスキルに優れ、各チームと連携を取り業務に取り組む。Microsoft Office（Excel/Word/Power point）スキルを有する。Micron装置管理toolを活用できるスキルを有する。

勤務時間：シフト勤務　4勤4休
（昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み…のサイクル）
昼勤：8:00～20:15（実働10時間30分、休憩時間 105分）
夜勤：20:00～翌朝8:15（実働10時間15分、休憩時間 120分
