New Card Acquisition teams in Japan have been updated as One Acquisition team and Face-to-Face Sales and Digital Acquisition have been combined as one team. Prospect Marketing team is working for developing Sales channel and creating hybrid channel of digital and F2F. Also Japan has been the advanced country of B2B in American Express and now we are aiming to make it even bigger which is one of the biggest role that Prospect Marketing is taking. This position supports all the sales channels and develop new channels to make more growth and keep safe and transparent sales activities at the same time. In order to achieve the goal, this position requires multitask skill, high communication skill and most importantly, positive “can-do” attitude. + Data analysis/tracking supporting Project/Task Owners + External partner management and create new programs + Communication for 400 sales colleagues such as Email and Presentation + Sales support by the maintenance of internal process, e.g. Contract management, legal check etc. + Validation of sales activities such as Card application that sales submitted etc. + Excellent computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint + Highly organized and motivated with excellent time management skills + Self-leaner and own responsibility with flexibility + High communication skill in Japanese and business level of English (written and oral) + Data handling skill + Positive “can-do” attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
