A prominent player in Offshore Energy Solutions, renowned for its cutting-edge floating production systems and services tailored for the Oil and Gas sector, as an exciting opportunity for an ICSS Specialist. This key position will be authorized to operate and maintain DCS SCADA systems and equipment. The role is located in Equatorial Guinea.
Mission: Responsible for ensuring allotted work is carried out safely and efficiently and with due regard to security of access to DCS SCADA logic software and Programmable Logic Controllers.
Job Responsibilities: Control Access to DCS SCADA equipment and software. Maintain the condition of DCS SCADA equipment. Monitor physical Condition of DCS SCADA Equipment. Recover System Integrity. Monitor And Advise On System Changes. Contribute to Health & Safety In working Environment. Emergency Response.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Proven experience and/or qualified to N/SVQ/HNC/HND or University degree in Electrical / Instrumentation or local equivalent. 3 years’ experience preferred with offshore experience. Experience and knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities. Good experience of Permit to Work, Electrical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment. Medically fit to offshore International standards such as ENG1 or equivalent. Control Access to DCS SCADA equipment and software. Maintain the condition of DCS SCADA equipment. Monitor physical Condition of DCS SCADA Equipment. Recover System Integrity. Monitor and advise on system changes. Contribute to Health & Safety In working Environment. Emergency Response Role. Provide any additional duties as required by the OIM/Unit Spt and /or HOD to maintain safe and efficient running of the Unit.
