Apply now for the position of ICT/Biomedical Engineer to join our team in Siemens Management Equipment Services Biomedical Engineering group in Fiona Stanley Hospital. This is a Fulltime position – Permanent.

Your role:

Perform timely and efficient first response troubleshooting and technical support for wide range of medical equipment.Manage and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with Australian Standard 3551, manufacturer recommendation, and internal procedures.Providing IT support for medical equipment in collaboration with IT department in the hospital, including network installation and troubleshooting, liaising with vendors, and managing vulnerabilities  Performing routine checks, performance and electrical safety tests and equipment related incident investigation. Accurate record keeping and documentation. Build and maintain strong, communicative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Your expertise:

Recognised qualifications in IT, Biomedical or Electronic Engineering  with previous experience Knowledge of current computer networking structures and protocols.Excellent problem-solving skills including conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet timeframes. Flexible to attend different shifts within roster including after hours and on call duties during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.Australian Citizenship or Permanent ResidencyCurrent driver’s licence.
