Within the Global Central Function Transformation, we are looking for an

ICT CONTRACT & SOURCING SPECIALIST

Aimed at supporting the ICT Contract & Sourcing Manager, managing vendors and analyzing contract aspects during the phase of provider selection.

Main responsibilities:

•    Ensures support in the definition and management of the contractual deliverables & obligations support, coordinate and resolve contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual D&Os defining Key Performance Indicators to measure the overall supplier contract compliancy and performance;

•    Supports in development, planning, organization, and implementation of IT contracting and IT sourcing strategies and program to increase operational efficiency and profitability;

•    Contributes to the standardized systems and controls for procurement including RFI, RFP and RFQ documentation, work authorization, purchase and change order systems, and supplier/contractor eligibility criteria;

•    Providing regular interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels, ensuring contract compliance;

•    Ensures support in the resolution of contractual issues, including failure to meet contractual D&Os defining Key Performance Indicators to measure the overall supplier contract compliancy and performance.

Main requirements:

- University Degree;
- At least 5 years experience in similar roles;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Fluent in English.
