BNEW SAN Lab Operations provides world class lab infrastructure, networks and HW Services to the R&D organizations. Through our standardized solutions and services, we enable our stakeholders to configure and deploy design and test environments. We provide engineering IT environments supporting more than 23 000 R&D engineers and operate ~50 000 square meters of labs at our sites in Stockholm, Linköping, Gothenburg and Lund in Sweden and globally through sites in several countries.

Take the challenge and join our team, Lab Site Operations Gothenburg. Our purpose is to deliver lab infrastructure, hardware and radio services to the R&D organizations.
We are currently looking for an ICT Operations Manager, or more specifically a Local Operation Manager (LOM).
What you will do:
The LOM coordinates and drive to completion of delivery requests to Service Area Lab Operations, locally at a lab site with the support of the service teams, according to prioritizations and with focus on quality. The responsibility includes orders from and deliveries to R&D and you will be the local site interface for Service Area Lab Operation to users/stakeholders.
Project Management skills are needed when some bigger changes are run in a project format.
The role includes deploying new services and align the ways of working across sites with respect to strategic roadmaps. The LOM can also hold global responsibilities toward cross organization alignments for lab sites.
Included in LOM role:
Monitor backlog (Lab Ops Hardware & Radio Services) and drive deliveries according to prioritizations from the users/stakeholders. Secure facility infra structure to meet the user requirements. Consulting to Central Operations Manager and ICT Line managers about local site forecasts. Monitor and communicate delivery status to the users/stakeholders when required. Ensure user satisfaction. Execute and communicate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to the delivery. Act on Lab Operations delivery flow impediments. Secure delivery and highlight risks and impediments to the users/stakeholders. Limit waiting/wasted time within and between Lab Operations service teams. Drive and follow up task forces in the delivery. Suggest continuous improvements to processes, services and templates.

We believe a successful candidate has good problem solving skills with a focus on quality.You have an attention to details and an entrepreneurial and commercial way of thinking.We value good presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to see the "big picture".In order to meet customer expectations, you bring experience from delivering results.General knowledge of Ericsson, Ericsson HW and 3PP HW. Technical skills are needed in order to understand the requirements from R&D delivery.
