Responsibilities
Position Summary:The incumbent provides coordinates and directs care to individuals and families using a holistic approach. The nursing process is used as a structured mechanism for critical thinking and problem solving in providing effective and appropriate care within a safe a confidential environment form admission to discharge. The Incumbent is responsible for collaborating with members of the healthcare team providing leadership personal/professional development and conducting him/herself professionally.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in an ICU acute care setting as a Registered Nurse. Candidates must have a CA RNCurrent BLS & ACLS from the American Heart Association required.

Preferred:

2 (two) years of experience in an ICU actue care setting as a RN
