ID Office Manager
Position Summary
Provide leadership for the team and ID office service operations. The ID Office is responsible for ensuring proper creation of identities based on identity management best practices for provisioning ID cards for students, employees, retirees, and affiliates of the university and for the administration of NetIDs. Provide leadership, strategic direction, and stewardship for Mobile Credentials and ID Card Governance and for the identity services responsibilities related to IAM and NGP Projects. The manager must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and troubleshoot complex issues. This position reports to the Assistant Director for Campus IT Experience and supervises the full-time ID Analysts (Info Technologists I) and student employees.

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program; and five to eight years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in an information technology area related to the duties to be performed, including experience overseeing large, complex or critical information technology projects; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the university and with individuals with varying levels of technology skills, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; progressive supervisory experience, high level of customer relationship skills; excellent troubleshooting skills; the ability to work in a very dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
