Job Description

Are you interested in making a difference for patients with allergy & autoimmune conditions? Our company, a global leader in science, is at the forefront of autoimmune and allergy diagnostics. We need a strategic marketer with deep knowledge of the Nordic countries (especially SE/DK/NO) to develop an effective local marketing strategy. Your work will be crucial in achieving commercial revenue and growth targets for IDD in the Nordic countries.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement country-specific marketing strategies in the Nordic countries (SE/NO/DK/FI/IC) to build market or segment-specific value propositions.Drive revenue and growth by securing business in public labs, implementing account-based marketing with private players, and performing in-country awareness and medical educational tactics.Collaborate with regional and in-country commercial partners to develop strategies and prioritize resources to effectively accomplish revenue and growth objectives.Collaborate with MSA on KOL management and impactful clinical and end-customer engagement organizations to improve local and regional commercial efforts.Manage event marketing including clinical round-tables, educational webinars/seminars, third-party events, and local society meetings.Collect and analyze KOL/VoC feedback to inform marketing planning, value proposition development, and product management.Work with regional marketing development managers to guide customer-centric planning and execution of Nordic specific regional programs.Work with the regional marketing communications team to customize EU or global campaigns and digital tactics for customers in the Nordic countries.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Seeking an individual skilled in partnership and problem-solving. Preferrably with expertise in diagnostics, healthcare landscape, and IVD in the Nordic countries. Communication skills are crucial for engaging in virtual, hybrid, or in-person meetings, congresses, and events with key medical customers.

Experience:

In this role, we are looking for:

A higher degree or equivalent experience (marketing preferred) in a life science subject.5+ years of marketing experience.Experience in working with CEIVD, IVDR, and/or Med-tech Code compliance.Fluent written/spoken English and at least one Nordic language.As a person we hope you are proactive and someone who enjoys working independantly and driving their own work forward
