The Identity Access Administrator (SailPoint) will provide technical administration and support for our client’s corporate SailPoint platform to ensure optimal performance in a secured manner.
Responsibilities
• Technical administration the corporate SailPoint Platform
• Managing an incident queue for SailPoint related issues and providing assistant to clients
• Proposing, developing, testing, and implementing SailPoint workflows
• Implementing and supporting technical integrations of single sign-on applications within SailPoint
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures, and modifications to the SailPoint environment.
• Managing updates and changes following standard Change Management processes
• Conduct research and assist Manager with recommendations for system improvements through the proactive monitoring and troubleshooting
• Create and maintain thorough documentation related to administrative configurations, procedures and modifications of applicable corporate applications
• Assist the Application Development team by performing applications testing and application deployments
• Manage installations, patching and monitoring of development, testing and production application environments
• Manage incident queue to ensure that all tickets are promptly assigned to appropriate team members and are resolved in a timely manner
• Provide reporting to company stakeholders
• Ensure corporate data is secured in accordance with IT security policies
Qualifications
• Previous experience with SailPoint administration
• Identity Management/Access Management experience
• Active Directory Knowledge
• Previous experience with system integrations to Okta (an asset)
• Previous experience with ServiceNow (an asset)
• Powershell and related scripting experience
This is a remote or hybrid contract position until the end of 2025 located in downtown Toronto.
