1. Maintain risk register of IAM related issues / vulnerabilities and routinely update management on the remediation progress

2. Translate the business requirements into IAM related strategy implementation plans

3. Act independently to deliver program to schedule, budget and scope

4. Maintaining appropriate user entitlements throughout the employee lifecycle (Joiners/Movers/Leavers)

5. Project work relating to system migrations and onboarding new systems to IAM management

6. Provide expertise and understanding of the Corporate Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape working with leadership to mold, shape and expand the IAM service footprint

Build, testing, and rollout of IAM solutions in collaboration with internal and external resources

7. Educate user community on best practices / industry / use cases

8. Ability to support negotiations on scope of work manage work with outside vendors / integrators

9. Gather and understand divisional and site business requirements for IAM (Identity and Access Management) services
