Identity Access Management Analyst (IAM)

The IAM Analyst individual will be joining the Global Identity Access Management Business Process Management (IAM) Team. The IAM Analyst will be responsible for onboarding accounts to our access management system, audit remediation, legacy access systems cleanup and reporting. The position will work with key stakeholders, engineers, risk and controls, audit, and other business units and serve as a liaison in determining the appropriate use cases for role design, management and segregation of duties rules.

The person in this role will also advise, and at times, oversee these activities and look for opportunities in eliminating manual work through various means: automation, security posture reporting, self-service, and partner engagements. The resource will bring to the table hands-on expertise in dealing with business users, a customer first mindset, and a very strong understanding of IGA platforms and application and privilege access management processes.

You Will:Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Identity and Access Management domain.Day-to-day operations of IAM platforms (CyberArk, SailPoint etc.) including access requests and end-users’ support.Create and manage various access reports, identifies trends and improvement opportunities.Collect, analyze, and represent complex data in meaningful reporting and metrics.Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals and training guides.Participate in project planning and activities across multiple efforts.Serve as a visible champion of access management and help communicate best practices.Design, implement, perform, and continuously optimize/improve robust processes, procedures, and controls.Support the team’s leader in delegated responsibilities as appropriate.Support internal and external audits and risk assessments.

You Have:Proficiency of Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices, including least privilege, secondary and firecall IDs.Solid understanding of security risk, implementation of mitigating controls and compliance standards including SOX, SOC, MAR and NYDFS.Practical knowledge of IT systems including Active Directory, LDAP, TIM/TAM, Mainframe, Databases, Unix and others.Knowledge of cloud environments including AWS, Entra ID and Office 365.Solid background and experience with Excel pivot tables and graphic chart for data analysis, tracking and reporting.Experience developing and continuously improving processes, procedures, and controls.Proactive approach and ability to work independently on numerous projects/activities at the same time with minimal oversight.Experience working closely with IT engineers to solve problems, think critically, design and implement solutions,Strong written and verbal communication with ability to synthesize information.Excellent customer focus is on supporting a positive customer service climate.Excellent analytical skills to accurately plan, test, and fully implement security related concepts.A “lifelong learner” of new concepts and technical capabilities.Degree in Computer Science or related subject area and 5 years’ work experience.Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ITIL framework Foundation certification preferred.Good understanding of CICD Pipeline (Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory)

LocationTwo days a week at a Guardian Location in Holmdel, NJ, New York, NY or Bethlehem, PA.

Salary Range:

$79,790.00 - $119,682.50

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
