Job Description

If you are an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY professional looking for a new opportunity, Climate Technologies has an exciting opening for you! Based in our SIDNEY, OH or ST. LOUIS, MO locations, you will join the Identity Access Management (IAM) team and support business groups globally. You will help implement and manage IAM technologies, develop strategies and help mature processes, identify and address gaps, and assist our teams to integrate applications and services with our IAM stack.

As a Identity Access Management Engineer, You Will:

Support IAM activities to include all aspects of the Identity and Access Management program and initiativesProvide deep technical expertise for projects involving IAM technologies and integrationsHelp solve complex issues and support IAM initiativesDevelop and support IAM strategies, continue maturing the program, assist with governance and compliance activities, and ensure services meet business needsAct as a technical consultant and collaborate with relevant stakeholdersResearch and continuously follow IAM technologies, standards, and frameworks to include Access Governance, SSO, MFA, and Adaptive/Contextual Authentication

You’re a hands-on and passionate engineer who enjoys tinkering with technology while building/maturing enterprise level programs. You encourage others to learn and adopt new technologies. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. You find common ground and acceptable alternatives that satisfy the needs of multiple stakeholders. You draw upon multiple relationships to exchange ideas, resources, and know-how.

Flexible Work Schedule:

This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

Experience with common IAM technologies like Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Single Sign On, Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, and Multi-Factor AuthenticationExperience with Sailpoint administration and designStrong understanding of existing and emerging industry protocols (e.g., LDAP, SAML, Oath, OpenID, SCIM, FIDO)Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field plus five (5) years’ experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs or equivalent combination of education and experienceFunctional proficiency with at least one coding or scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python)Strong communication skills, able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience evaluating and selecting technology to meet business needs

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

Azure or other industry certifications preferredStrong understanding of commonly used Identity and Access Management toolsExperience deploying large-scale, global projects and programsFamiliar with IT Security and Risk Management conceptsAbility to direct work and manage complexityProblem solving skills while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrityExceptional customer service and excellent troubleshooting skills
