The role of IAM Engineer focuses on Authorization (AuthZ) services across Emerson’s enterprise. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving automation and processes related to employee lifecycle management, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and associated services.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Implement changes in alignment with change management practices; Collaborate with IAM personnel to define IAM infrastructure needs; Coordinate with other IT teams to integrate solutions with established IAM services
+ Research and proactively identify tools and processes to detect emerging trends, analyze them, and create long-term plans to resolve and prevent issues while maintaining high service levels for the user community; Implement and manage authorization policies and procedures using leading services to ensure secure and appropriate access controls across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with security policies
+ Develop and enhance automation and optimization of provisioning and access management processes throughout the identity lifecycle for both human and non-human identities
+ Implement and manage IGA processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including access review capabilities;
+ Ensure all IAM system and process changes are thoroughly tested and documented before deployment to production environments;
+ Participate in various IT projects aimed at continuously improving and modernizing the IT environment, such as evaluating new software and hardware to meet business needs or ensure cost efficiency; Contribute to determining delivery dates for new product releases, feature launches, maintenance, or service pack releases
+ Lead major rollouts and ensure that functional enhancements meet client requests; Ensure that engineering’s technological and architectural roadmap aligns appropriately with the product/business roadmap and provides necessary support

**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ University degree in IT or related fields
+ 4–8 years of experience in IT, including IAM, Cybersecurity, and Project(s).
+ Experience with SailPoint Identity Now is very important, and Okta Cloud.
+ Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of another international language is an advantage
+ Security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIH, GREM, MCSE) are a plus but not mandatory; Strong understanding of engineering functions for Identity Management tools providing access to employees and business partners
+ Solid knowledge and experience in Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Directory Services, and Single Sign-On technologies; Excellent troubleshooting skills
+ Familiarity with Change Control, Configuration Management, and Project Management methodologies such as SAFe and Agile; Ability to provide technical guidance and share knowledge for continuous improvement
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ Experience with standardized industry processes and best practices for project management and support
+ Proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of end-users and management levels.
+ Ability to anticipate user requirements and solve complex problems; strong customer service and communication skills
