We look forward to seeing your application! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Implement changes in alignment with change management practices; Collaborate with IAM personnel to define IAM infrastructure needs; Coordinate with other IT teams to integrate solutions with established IAM services + Research and proactively identify tools and processes to detect emerging trends, analyze them, and create long-term plans to resolve and prevent issues while maintaining high service levels for the user community; Implement and manage authorization policies and procedures using leading services to ensure secure and appropriate access controls across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with security policies + Develop and enhance automation and optimization of provisioning and access management processes throughout the identity lifecycle for both human and non-human identities + Implement and manage IGA processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including access review capabilities; + Ensure all IAM system and process changes are thoroughly tested and documented before deployment to production environments; + Participate in various IT projects aimed at continuously improving and modernizing the IT environment, such as evaluating new software and hardware to meet business needs or ensure cost efficiency; Contribute to determining delivery dates for new product releases, feature launches, maintenance, or service pack releases + Lead major rollouts and ensure that functional enhancements meet client requests; Ensure that engineering’s technological and architectural roadmap aligns appropriately with the product/business roadmap and provides necessary support **Who You Are:** You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity.
