The Identity and Access Governance Manager ensures policies and processes for provisioning access to Data, Information and Technology owned by Kingfisher Banners and Group Functions are implemented and effective, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant security standards.

What's the job? Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Identity and Access Management Framework that covers both Group Technology Risk and the broader IT and Cyber Security requirements across the organisation. Working in partnership with Group Technology, Group Functions and Banners to achieve their respective identity and access management requirements.Support Group Compliance and Audit where vital on Identity and Access Management findings and issues, supporting resolution. Ensuring Identity and Access Management risk is documented and understood both operationally and at a leadership level.Interface between Banner, Group Tech and Group Controls to continually improve speed, accuracy and coverage of recertification. Establish and leading a Tech/Banner forum for the recertification of access to critical systemsLead the Identity roadmap and work with Identity Operations, Banners and Technology leadership to ensure the roadmap is delivered against agreed delivery plansMonitor and track Identity and Access Management issues and develop dashboards, providing visibility of the compliance and risk position in respect of Identity and Access Management for Group Technology, Group Functions and Banners.Stay current with Identity and Access Management best practices, technologies and industry challenges, continually improving Kingfishers approach to Identity and Access Management. What you'll bring Solid experience in Identity and Access Management Governance, demonstrated through experience gained in similar roles with understanding of implementing an enterprise wide Identity and Access Management Governance framework in a federated organisation.Experience in working with Technology functions and a good working knowledge of Infrastructure, Application and Security systems with demonstrative experience of relevant laws and regulations applicable to Identity and Access Management.An ability to communicate sophisticated and technical issues to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner. Being able to educate others on the requirements of Identity and Access Management, contributing to the overall security culture of the organisation.Experience in conducting risk assessments and audits of Identity and Access Management controls and identifying threats related to Identity and Access Management.Proven reporting and presentation skills across a broad audience and at a senior level and a confident self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills.Strong team values, recognises the value of a positive team environment and contributes to the creation of this.Experience in GRC tooling, power BI, JIRA and confluence would be advantageous.
