Join our dynamic team as the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Head, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, architecture, and delivery of IAM technology service products. We are looking for an Agile leader who can effectively manage a diverse team and drive innovation in our IAM solutions. This role can be based in Morristown, NJ, New York City, Dallas or Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Chicago, and Louisville, KY among others.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Product Head
We will count on you to:
Lead and mentor a globally located team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), engineers, and architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Build and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that align with organizational goals and market demands, ensuring timely delivery of IAM products and services.
Oversee the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and Authorization, and Directory Services.
Manage vendor relationships for key product/service providers and provide technical leadership for IAM initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of IAM solutions while continuously assessing and improving IAM policies and standards.
Work closely with the Global Head of IAM Operations to ensure products are designed to operational needs and fully operationalized.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in leadership roles focused on Identity and Access Management, with a strong emphasis on designing, implementing, and managing identity platforms in large enterprise environments.
Proven expertise in Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication and Authorization, and Directory Services products.
Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, standards, and best practices, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in an agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communications and presentation skills with experience confidently presenting IAM Architectural proposals to senior executives.
