Identity Access Management Transformation Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leader of IAM Transformation to oversee our major Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation efforts. This critical role will focus on strategic project delivery, organizational transformation, and IAM process re-engineering, working closely with the IAM Leadership team to shape our overall strategy. This role can be based in Morristown, NJ, New York City, Dallas or Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Chicago, and Louisville, KY among others.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) Transformation Leader

We will count on you to:

Lead and oversee the delivery of major IAM transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress to ensure successful completion while collaborating with MMC PMO PMs to track projects to budget/plan.

Implement best practices in Agile project management to drive efficiency and effectiveness in IAM initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process re-engineering and optimization within IAM operations, facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of new processes and technologies.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of IAM transformation efforts and key initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of experience in large enterprise environments, with a proven track record in identity delivery and transformation initiatives.

Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex IAM projects from inception to completion.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

Technical expertise in IAM infrastructure and identity-related areas, with a solid understanding of IAM technologies and frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change in a dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
