Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Officer (f/m/d)

For our Department Digital - Security , we are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Officer (f/m/d). The role is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the position Head of Security Office.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

Strategic Ownership & Oversight: Safeguard HM’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, including Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Active Directory technologies, with a focus on Security Governance, Risk, Hardening, and Compliance

Privileged Access Management Strategy: Develop, assess, and measure global adoption of PAM solutions

Security-by-Design Promotion: Foster a security-by-design and security-by-default mindset within the HM Digital team

Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and attack vectors, and design mitigation measures

SOC Integration: Design and integrate mitigation measures and security controls into the Security Operation Centre (SOC)

Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate closely with HM’s Digital teams, global functions, and stakeholders such as Legal and Data Protection teams

YOUR PROFILE

Global Cyber Security Experience: Proven track record in roles such as Information Security Officer or IAM Security Consultant. Ideally backed by certifications such as CISSP, CSP, or CISM.

Industry Best Practices Insights: Understanding of current state-of-the-art measures in terms of Identify and Access Management

Microsoft Technology Landscape: Fluent understanding of Microsoft identity and security services regarding identity topics, or a strong passion to learn about the Microsoft-based technology stack

Self-Starter Mentality: Strong self-starter mentality with a willingness to take end-to-end ownership of topics, programs, or projects

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound risk-based decisions

Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills tailored to the target audience

Continuous Learning: Desire to learn, adapt, and regularly participate in continuing education

Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English
