The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
The Identity and Access Management Manager is crucial in ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our identity systems. This role involves building and leading a team of identity analysts and administrators to maintain and optimize our identity infrastructure. The Identity and Access Management Manager works with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
How you’ll create opportunities in this Identity and Access Management Manager role:
Develop and Implement IAM Frameworks Lead and mentor a team of identity analysts and administrators. Implement and enforce best practices, standards, and policies for identity operations. Monitor and manage identity resources to ensure scalability and availability. Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications and services in the identity system. Analyze usage patterns and implement cost-saving measures to optimize identity costs. Ensure compliance with security protocols, data protection, and industry standards. Promptly troubleshoot and resolve complex identity-related issues. Stay updated on emerging identity technologies and trends. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the identity operations team.What you will need:
Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.7 years relevant IT experience is requiredPrior supervisory experience is preferredHands on experience with IAM technologies and frameworks preferred. Proficiency in identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Identity). Familiarity with Identity as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth) is advantageous. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager) are desirable.#LI-CG1
