Then you are a great candidate to become our new R&D Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist. 

ASML is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of lithography machines and protecting our information is critical. As part of R&D Information Management, the IAM specialist plays a central role in protecting information in the R&D domain. ASML is migrating to new tooling and you will play an important role in that migration.

You will work in our IAM team within the Application Governance Group, a small agile team with big impact. Goal of this team is to improve engineering productivity by managing and monitoring application access and helping engineers with authorization issues. You will collaborate with our IT colleagues (IAM ART), security risk management, application owners and various business users ASML-wide.

Roles and responsibilities

Your job mission is to maintain the data in our IGA systems (Aveksa/Sailpoint) for R&D in a way that facilitates:

Engineers to always access business applications and information in a way that meets the security and compliance requirements of our organization.Recognizable and easy to request business roles.

As IAM specialist you take responsibility to:
 

Build IAM role and rule solutions and implement changes to the existing solutions (manage the roles!). This is your key-responsibility that will take the biggest effort.Assess application access and advise IAM stakeholders on access models (drive re-use of existing solutions for uniformity reasons).Contribute to the Sailpoint migration. Test existing and new functionalities.Intake new demand: gather requirements from the business regarding protection of applications. Discuss requirements with relevant stakeholders and drive decisions that will create winning situations.Facilitate business users within R&D with IAM-access and best practices. Handle questions regarding applications and data access of various business users.Contribute to the development of IAM policies and proceduresSupport troubleshooting authorization issues in front- and back-end systems.Create visualization dashboards.Advise business application owners on the best-practices regarding identity and access management.

Education and experienceBachelor's or Master's degree3 – 5 years experience in working within security domainExperience in Identity and Access Management (with a focus on SailPoint IIQ)Understanding of security relevant aspects as GRC, ISSA, ISSR, risk assessment.Background in architect role in IGA domain is a pre.
