We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity Team Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Identity Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of identity professionals, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of identity solutions across our global operations. You will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of our identity management initiatives, ensuring compliance, security, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of more than 4 identity professionals
Develop and implement identity management strategies and solutions
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the identity team, ensuring high performance and productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity solutions with other systems and services
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Monitor and report on the performance of identity systems and processes
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in identity management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional identity management technologies and tools such as: IDM and single sign on technologies, Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Ping Identity, SailPoint, IBM Security Identity Manager, RSA SecurID, CyberArk Identity Security and Quest
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum eight (8) years of hand's on technical experience
Minimum three (3) years of experience as a technical manager leading teams of at least four (4) people
Confirmed experience working in a global company
Project management experience is a must
Knowledge of F5, PKI, and Windows services is a benefit
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in identity management
Experience working closely with Cybersecurity teams
