Description and Requirements このポジションは、Key Accountのお客様の課題を吸い上げ解決に導くソリューションを提供するシニアテクノロジストです。昨今、セキュリティ問題は大きな課題なり、高度化・巧妙化し続けるサイバー攻撃にどう対抗し情報漏洩や資産管理を強化していくか、アンチウイルスでは限界があるエンドポイントのリアルタイム防御への対策などが問題になっております。そんなお客様の複雑なセキュリティ課題に対し、ITディレクター以上の顧客と弊社ポートフォリオを中心に議論し、ソリューション・ポートフォリオ拡大することに重点を置くハイクオリティなポジションです。
<主なる業務内容>
・弊社の製品、PCを始めタブレットやスマホなど、インフラ製品と掛け合わせお客様にご提案
・複雑なソリューションやサービスラインに関する専門知識を提供し、ソリューションを構築することで、顧客のビジネス上の問題を積極的に特定し解決へ導いていただきます
・顧客と定期的に関わり、高い技術力と業界スキルを活用したインパクトのあるプレゼンテーション
・dynamics にアクセスし、アカウントプランに入力することで、すべての担当者が最新のアクティビティを把握できるようにリードします
＜必須条件＞・8-10年のプリセールスご経験
・3-5年のエンドユーザー・コンピューティング・ソリューションに特化した経験
・セキュリティとリモートデバイス管理技術に精通している
・他部門と連携し効果的に業務を遂行できること
・コミュニケーション能力
・ITインフラ、IT管理、IT資産管理等のコンサルタント経験
・セキュリティのコンサルタント経験
