IDM T2 Specialist

3+ years of hands-on experience with Identity management systems 1+ years of hands-on experience using NetIQ IDM suite Basic understanding and hands-on experience with NetIQ Identity Manager Engine, Drivers, Remote Loader, iManager, User App, Workflows, Policies, Drivers (User app, AD, Role and Resource, etc.) Experience with Identity life cycle, groups, and role management Working knowledge of Active Directory and eDirectory (LDAP) Working experience with O365 tools Understanding of networking, firewalls, PKI, and TLS Experience with Unix/Linux operating system commands, utilities, and scripting Experience with SQL  Incident, problem, and service request ticketing experience Fluent verbal and written English language and communication skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or electronics and communication

Preferred candidates will also have:

ITIL foundation certificate Problem-solving skills Experience with scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, etc.) Knowledge on cloud services, such as GCP and Azure

The team you will be a part of

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides services for Nokia's workforce and business-to-business domains. Our diverse global team maintains over a dozen IAM-related services in legacy on-premises and modern cloud landscapes. Nokia IAM is currently focused on renewing services to leverage cloud platform capabilities.

We are seeking an experienced IDM specialist to support Nokia Identity Management services in a second-tier support role. IDM T2 Specialists most often interface with tier 1 (via ServiceNow), IDM T3, and Service Delivery Management.
