Job Description

Effectiveness and productivity improvement of workplaces and processes

Maintain all the IE data updatedCalculate the savings of the improvement potentials in the responsible areaIdentify the productive and unproductive times of the equipment of the responsible areaIdentify the effectiveness of the employees of the responsible areaSuggest improvement projects to improve the standards Implement the projects agreed with the managerRequest processing, work place designing, work organization designing, time study / standard times studies, headcount planning, job evaluation / work studies, material flow design, lead time analysis, elimination of wastes and lossesImprovement of OEE/TEEP, performance goal setting, implement CBS initiatives in responsible areaLayout maintenance

Qualifications

Manufacturing processes of tire industry
2 to 3 years experience in lean production
Project leading experience with 2 to 3 successful cases

Experience in the area of Data Science or data driven function or programming
