Standard working hours verification and standard setting Calculation and analysis of production capacity and manpower load Production efficiency and UPH improvement plan (improve efficiency and operation, reduce costs) Production process improvement proposal Implement cross-department projects and improve plan execution Tasks assigned by managers. Critical thinking skills to identify and anticipate potential issues before they happen Knowledge of IE skills.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Good logic and number capacity. Good communication skills, both written and spoken. Good English Language proficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Bachelor degree or above. 3 years at least IE experience.
