Primary Responsibilities
Develop and enforce global data management strategies to support business operations and ensure data quality and compliance across all regions. Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure data is secure, reliable, and accessible. Plan, execute, and oversee complex data migration projects, ensuring accurate and consistent data integrity during system transitions. Develop strategies for data migration that supports seamless transition and integration of global business operations. Oversee configuration and report development and deployment processes within the ERP system. Ensure deliveries are fully integrated in the ERP system and align with business needs to support business operations. Develop configurations and reports to align with business needs, working either independently or in coordination with a Business Analyst, to ensure solution appropriately fulfils requirement. Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend ERP-related solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the ERP system supports and enhances business operations, driving efficiency and innovation. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure proficient use of the ERP system. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and prompt issue resolution for ERP users throughout the Company’s global locations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, along with at least 8 years of related experience is required. Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED Frequent travel (6-20%) Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)
Preferred Qualifications
Seven to ten years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of IFS ERP system management software and architecture, with two years in IFS Cloud. Proven experience in data migration, tools, and techniques. Knowledgeable in global data management principles and practices with proven experience in global data management. Familiar with CRIM processes and ERP system integration with experience in CRIM development/deployment. Strong background in business analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop fellow team members.
