Basic Qualifications:

An application must include a resume for review and consideration. This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).               Applicants must have at least two years of continuous related manufacturing experience or training. Recent high school or college graduates without prior work experience must provide a letter of recommendation. Availability for all shifts (including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend shift) is necessary. The ability to work overtime and weekends is required as schedules may vary based on operational needs; flexibility is essential. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Job Summary: The IGT FPI Processor (Level I) will ensure quality castings are provided per customer requirements and specifications, by inspecting equipment and castings per technical drawings and marking documents and initiating requires forms for repair.

Essential Functions & Job Responsibilities:

Calibrate FPI test panel (daily). Performs FPI penetrant separation and precipitation visual check test. Performs FPI audits and self-auditing system for Level II. Maintains annual test panel calibration log. Performs post emulsifiable penetrant system removability test. Maintains record logs on department chemicals. Checks ultraviolet intensity reading and ambient light. Checks test panel and cleaning solvent. Checks FPI penetrant sensitivity test and sample. Performs monthly penetrant degradation check. Performs FPI processor and inspect audits. Performs Degrease cleaning on all castings. Checks chart results and monitors and performs soap concentrations checks and changes. Processes and inspect castings for defects both internal and external. Print lot trace cards (when necessary) and move castings to their designated area.  Read, interpret, and comply with all work instructions for the task performing. Support training initiatives when needed. Must comply with all company attendance policies and guidelines; this includes, but is not limited to, regular attendance and occasional overtime. Maintain daily pace boards.
