You have acquired 3+ years of leadership experience and 7+ years of related experience within the IGT domain or specialty along with demonstrated results in customer management. You have a Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in a position-relevant program (health science, business, or engineering) preferred. Your skills include proven experience mentoring and developing a remote team on customer relationship management, customer influencing, and problem solving. Clinical leadership experience within radiology, a plus.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position. You possess a valid driver’s license and are comfortable with up to 75% travel throughout the central USA zone.How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in KS, MO, NE, OK, SD, TN is $97,900 to $166,400.
The pay range for this position in IL, IN, MI, MN, ND,TX, WI $102,200 to $175,200.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
