Where will you be working?

Our office is located in Barcelona, where you will work in a nice team consisting of about 20 enthusiastic colleagues – working in Bucharest, Romania and Barcelona. The working language within the team is Dutch and internally within ADP, English. It is therefore important that, in addition to Dutch, you also have a good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
What are you going to do?
As an iHCM Client Service Consultant, you are the contact person for mainly Dutch-speaking customers who have questions about iHCM. You are their first point of contact and you will be in 90% contact with HR or Payroll staff. There are several ways in which the customer gets in touch: by phone, chat or our ticket system. This offers you the platform, the space and time to speak to customers properly and to come to an appropriate answer or solution. iHCM is a very extensive software package for HR and Payroll Administration, which in turn consists of several modules. For example, you can expect questions about the following topics:
- Leave and absence
- Expenses
- Time registrations
- Employee data
- Reports
- Documents
- Organization
Before you get started, you will first receive extensive training in which you will be well guided and there is plenty of room to develop yourself. Every day you will receive a piece of theory that you will apply in practice by doing assignments in the test environment. Soon after, you will start working with real-life cases to gain your first practical experience.
After approx. 2 months, the training period is over, and you are ready to go live; The first incoming calls are coming!
Who are you?
You like to help customers in the best possible way and answer their questions. In addition, you are a team player and you can work well with other departments. Since you'll be dealing with a wide variety of tickets, you'll have a good idea of how to prioritize to handle the most important things first. You communicate clearly and you are confident in your shoes. You are eager to learn, curious and have an interest in HR-related matters. You have HBO working and thinking level.
