Job Description:

The Supply Chain Analyst-IHM serves as the main point of contact for all day-to-day matters with RTD Supply Chain distribution of in-house maintenance parts. This individual is responsible for handling the administrative and reporting functions between the RTD IHM, Equipment team and AST field teams to ultimately allow for maintenance parts to arrive to AST home stores in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Serves as liaison between RTD, Equipment and AST Field team to ensure orders are filled and payments are made in a timely mannerActs as the owner of RTD IHM inventory information; makes the appropriate edits and changes to item information in Workday and Blue Yonder system as necessaryMaintains and communicates administrative information for RTD IHM including, but not limited to: store lists, routing changes, AST communication, administrative rights, etc.Pulls reports from Workday and BlueYonder database to identify trends within RaceTrac’s IHM inventoryProvides Operations personnel with purchase order reporting (orders per week, costs, etc.) as requestedProvides Operations with reporting information on Ticket management for all warehouse within Service ChannelInforms item owners as reorder points are met; follows up with team on inventory challenges and updatesManages the disposal list and ensures inactive items no longer reside in the system or are stored at RTD warehousesTravels to RTD warehouse location for reviews on processes and inventoryTravels to RTD warehouse locations to backfill on site coordinatorsWorks on RTD IHM ad hoc projects as needed for process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience required.Experience with MS Office Suite preferred – Excel required.1+ years experience in warehousing or inventory management preferred.Experience with accounting system (Workday) preferred.Experience with Service Channel preferred.
