What do we expect you to bring?

Bachelor’s degree in related fields, Minimum 5 year recruitment experience, Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring (including complex offer negotiation) successful executive level talent, Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, Fluent in English (both written & verbal), Proficiency in MS Office applications, Preferably experience in agile working model.

How can you make an impact?

Builds and executes search plans which include target lists, job description review and validation, candidate assessment criteria, sourcing methodologies and tools, research, proactive cold calling and candidate development, assessment and presentation of a qualified and diverse candidate slate, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection and synthesis, reference checks, and offer crafting and negotiation, Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs, Provide standard and ad-hoc reports to management team, Participate in recruiting initiatives and hiring events as needed, Make analysis and conduct UAT for process development used in recruitment, Responsible for implementing global recruitment system, Support internship programs.
