ILD Product Manager

**Description**
Supports the execution of the ILD brand plan to meet business and launch objectives. Has developed knowledge and skills to identify and solve issues related to the implementation of the brand plan. Serves as operational lead for ILD Marketing team and supports nerandomilast asset team needs. Works with moderate guidance in own department and leverages cross-functional support across internal ILD Stakeholders.

**This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Supports the implementation of brand plans and tactics (HCP/POA sales aids and tools, etc.) to support the brand strategy, which may include working across and supporting VP and three ILD Marketing Directors in collaboration with other brand team members, Boehringer extended team members and external agencies/vendors.
+ Works within and adheres to the HPRC review process.
+ Understands and applies latest trends in the market, competition and/or product performance; communicate insights and recommendations to team members.
+ Coordinates activities with internal and external vendors to support and ensure the effective implementation of marketing plans/tactics.
+ Assists in the development, management and monitoring of identified brand expenses.
+ Responds timely to non-standard requests from clients; investigates issues with assistance from others as needed. Works closely with field force regarding planning and execution of brand plan.
+ Communicates marketing objectives to internal partners to ensure alignment.
+ Manages administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor´s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent related work experience required.
+ MBA preferred.
+ One to two (1-2) years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry in marketing, sales or related field.
+ Experience working directly with digital partners to develop and execute initiatives strongly preferred (e.g. Google, third party media providers, social media community platforms, etc.).
+ Experience in guiding and integrating digital analytics and driving metrics based optimization strongly preferred.
+ Demonstrated project management skills.
+ Demonstrated understanding of budget and resource management.
+ Job primarily is operational/tactical in nature but requiring a creative and innovative approach.
+ Has developed knowledge and skills in own discipline.
+ Still acquiring higher level skills.
+ Works with moderate guidance in own department of knowledge.
+ History of successful performance.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and database applications.
+ Ability to travel (may include overnight travel).
**Desired Skills, Experience and Abilities**
This position offers a base salary typically between $140,000 and $222,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance-based bonus and or other compensation elements.
